Treadmill - 50 minutes at 2.5 for 3 miles
Back to the treadmill! Yay! I'm proud of myself. Not as early in the day as I would like but I'll get there.
Goals this week:
Treadmill every weekday
Clean my office
Clean Game Room
Prepare Library Shelves
I will come back and check these off with a *date completed* once they are done.
