Week 84 + Prior Week Recap

03/12 - 118.6 - I made a typo initially and hit 188.6 and can't even believe that I was actually that weight a year and a half ago.    Insanity. 

03/13 - 118.6 - This feels wonderful.   I'm back to where I was before the move to Texas and subsequent horrors shifted everything.   

03/14 - 118.6 - This is great

03/15 - 118.2 - Even Better

03/16 - 118.2 - Love it

03/17 - 119.2 - Ah yes, a heavy night meal with salt

This is excellent.   I'm so thrilled that I've gotten here.   I REALLY need to step back into exercise.   Maybe get back to Pilates? Either way, this is what I worked so hard to achieve.

Sweet!    It's been a roller-coaster of a week but I finally hit 70lbs down ON official weigh-in day.   

Goal Met!   

Now to track for maintenance,  See if I can drop a few more for insurance, And EXERCISE!
