Aaarrgghhh.
At least I saw a new low this week but I'm very much not a fan. This is about as close to a plateau as I've gotten so far on this journey....other than the very end of 1.7...and even then there was more fluctuation. I definitely need to switch things up. Going to pull down the treadmill and get a walk in every day...plus add in some exercise videos.
