Sunday Sunday

 Weight this am - 139.0

GRRRRR.   I really want to see a new low.   I know I should be celebrating being in the 130's.   And I know that after a decade drop there tends to be a reset.    But I really love my "new low" moments and I rely on those every week.   And a new low would give me another box to check off.   I'm really ready not to see that progress.    What I need to do is start doing things that will accomplish that.   It still feels like I'm in overwhelm mode.   

This week.    It's time to start things.
