YES. I needed that. If I can drop anywhere between another 1 to 2 lbs by next week's weigh-in I will be right there in the 3-4lbs a month average. I will take it.
Yesterday was fun. A bit less walking than I wanted but that's fine. I need to work on mowing the back yard this week...it's bad. If I can get that under control then I can just do maintenance yardwork. Hopefully that will all help with my exercise goal. OH...I need to add yardwork to my "walking"
