The Yo-Yo Continues

 Weight this am - 138.8

Urgh, back up again.   I could really use some more dips.    I was hoping for better, especially after me two walks yesterday.   I even broke 22,000 steps.   It really feels like that should've had an effect.    

Hoping to do more over the next couple of days and actually see a real result.   I'm very tired of the same numbers.
