Weight this am - 134.6
Not exactly where I wanted to start the month. I was really expecting to be at or below last week's weight. Damn.
I'm still losing but it's down now to half a pound a week on average. I'd really like that to bump back up.
Obviously that means I need to get my ass in gear and start working for this. Starting tomorrow I'm hopping back on the treadmill and getting my walk on.
Today I'm resting though because I DID NOT sleep last night.
