Weight this am - 134.0
Well, I tested my theory. Last night I had a heavier/carbier meal in the evening and this morning my weight is up a tick. I switched to having my heavy/carbier meal first and having only something light before bed and started to see either a flatline or a drop. Last night I didn't do that and the scale went up. SO I guess it just proves my thoughts.
Not sure what's on the docket for today. I do need to go over the script for the zoom reading. And I REALLY need to get started upstairs.
sigh
Pool is closed today as well. And who knows what the week will bring since they are calling for rain. We'll see.
