Weight this am - 134.6
NOT the direction I want to be going in. I was really liking being 55lbs down. At least I am still within 15lbs of my goal. However, I am really pushing to hit the 120's sometime this month so every step back is frustrating.
I don't know what caused the jump this morning. Whether it was the bit of carbs yesterday evening or the fact that I slept like crap last night. I'm still exhausted. And I have things to do today.
Sooo tired.
