Rebound Day

 Weight this am - 139.8

oooof.   That was a jump.   At least it isn't back to the 140's.    I have some exercise coming up later this week so hopefully this is an exception for the week.    My only goal is to not gain on weigh-in day.   If I lose that's awesome but I want to be at least at 139 or less.   

Cast Party tonight.   Tomorrow I get to go swim.
