Week 80 + Prior Week Recap

 Prior Week Recap

02/12 - 120.0 - Today was supposed to be a walk but my stomach hurt this morning so not sure now.

02/13 - 120.2 - No walk today either.   Went out to dinner for early Valentines

02/14 - 120.2 - Valentines Day

02/15 - 119.6 - Cast Party today.   Possibly auditions either today or tomorrow.

02/16 - 119.6 - Had auditions last night.   Callbacks may be possible

02/17 - 120.0 - Haven't heard back yet.   If I do callbacks will be tomorrow.   Hoping to stay here or go back into the 119's for tomorrow.

Week 80 - 02/18

Weight this am - 120.0

Well, I'm officially there on weigh-in day now!   Just one more pound to hit an even 70 down.   Then I can look at slowly getting closer to the mid-teens...but no rush.  I'm absurdly happy to be where I am now.   I feel great.   
No info at all on callbacks so I guess that's not happening tonight.   I got my office back in order so now I need to actually go work on the ceiling.   I think I'm procrastinating because it's just a bit scary trying to fix it.

Week 79 + Prior Week Recap

02/05 - 120.8 - Not a bad rebound at all.   I'll take it.   Phone call with Val tonight

02/06 - 119.4 - Holy Shit!   It finally happened.   I've hit my original goal!  It's been almost exactly 18 months since I started back on 8/7/24.    0.4 left until I hit 70lbs down and my focus can now shift to sculpting.    I'd like to end up closer to 115 but it'll be more about measurements and muscle tone now than scale victories.  

02/07 - 119.2 - This is fantastic.   I'd love it if this trend takes me to my final goal. 

02/08 - 119.4 - Absolutely fine with this.  Closing the show tonight

02/09 - 119.6 - It's still a teen.   I'll take it.   Now let it stay here for Wed.

02/10 - 120.0 - Creeping up.   Day in town today

Week 79 - 02/11

Weight this am - 120.4

Back up to last week but I did do over 10K steps yesterday and had a salty soup last night.   It's still close to 120 although I was hoping to keep the teens or at least not break the even number.   Oh well. 
Maybe next week.

Week 78 + Prior Week Recap

01/29 - 122.6 - Still decent.   

01/30 - 123.0 - I expected this.  I ate salty, late and carby...and when I wasn't necessarily hungry.  Show opens tonight so we'll see how things go from here. 

01/31 - 121.4 - New Low!  Yes!  Show opened yesterday.   Went well.  

02/01 - 121.6 - Not bad at all.   Let's keep things going.  Completed Dry January yesterday

02/02 - 121.2 - New Low Again.  Was going to take the day off.  Now I'm not so sure.   

02/03 - 121.6 - Staying right here for tomorrow would be absolutely fine.   I'm absurdly tired this week

Week 77 - 02/04

Weight this am - 120.4 

Holy Crap.   I know it's a tease but hot damn - that's almost my original goal weight.   I'm cautiously optimistic now that February will be the month I hit my original goal.  I'm almost excited to see what next week brings.  I'd love to see a real end to the stall and a final push to get back under 120...which is where I was until I was over 40.

01/22 - 123.0 - well that's a welcome sight.   I'd like to see that more. 

01/23 - 122.8 - YES  that's awesome.   Now let's stay around here for Weigh-in

01/24 - 121.8 - Holy Shit!   New Low!   YES!   3 Days left before the end of the month. 

01/25 - 122.6 - Still good. 

01/26 - 123.6 - Up but still under 124 so that's a win.  Hell Week begins today

01/27 - 122.6 - I have SUCH a headache.

Week 77 - 01/28

Weight this am - 122.4 

Much better.  I'm ending the month almost where I started.   Not really seeing any measurement changes though.  Which is really disappointing.  Especially my waist.   I was really hoping for that to shift even a little bit.   Oh well.

01/15 - 124.2 - sigh.   I would REALLY like it to stay under 124.

01/16 - 124.2 - but apparently that isn't happening. 

01/17 - 124.4 - wrong way.   Being patient is hard.  

01/18 - 124.4 - grrr.   Yoga day was lovely.   Got to perform at Readers Theatre...always such fun

01/19 - 123.8 - well that's more like it.  I really want it to stay under 124 to stay within the final 5.  Upped my weights today for exercise this week.   Pushing myself a bit. 

01/20 - 124.6 - well fuck.   That wasn't supposed to happen.   

Week 76 - 01/21

Well damn.   I'm not thrilled that it went up this week.   Hopefully something shifts with the start of tech week.   ugh.   I know it's probably muscle but I really want to stay under the 65lbs down mark...especially after such good progress last month.   I know it's all because of working out and that I really am focused on measurements but damn, the scale needs to give me SOMEthing.

Week 75 + Prior Week Recap

01/08 - 123.6 - much less sore today and I see the weight gain from muscles retaining water is going away.  Leg day definitely helped with soreness and Pilates day today was awesome. 

01/09 - 123.6 - I can live with this for right now.   Cardio Day

01/10 - 123.2 - Nice!  Dirty 30 today - another whole body workout.  

01/11 - 123.6 - and right back.   Apparently I'll be here for a bit.  Yoga day today.

01/12 - 123.0 - Yesterday I finished a full week of exercise.   Today I start Week 2

01/13 - 124.2 - Ah, the reaction to the exercise.   Hopefully it's back down tomorrow.

Week 75 - 01/14

Weight this am - 124.2 - Well....at least it's not a gain.   Just need to remind myself that this month I'm just looking at measurements.  Although I'd really like to get back down to 122.2 so there isn't a gain over last month

Week 74 + Prior Week Recap

 Prior Week Recap

01/01 - 122.4 - Up a bit as expected.   Hoping to hit 120 this month.  Need to figure out my exercise plans and then I'll check back in. 

01/02 - 124.2 - OOOF   That one hurts.  Especially after yesterday.  But it's lower than my highest last week. 

01/03 - 123.6 - Better.  I think I'm adjusting to Dry January.   I've been sleeping like it's going out of style recently.

01/04 - 123.4 - Improvement.   Ceiling should go up today.   Hopefully it works.  Haven't started exercise yet but I feel like I need to adjust to no alcohol first.  Planning for tomorrow. 

01/05 - 123.4 - same.   Started 21 Day Fix - Day 1 - Ceiling is up.  Hoping to start on it if I have the energy

01/06 - 123.6 - 21 Day Fix Day 2 - the soreness has started.   One of our bonus kids will be moving in with us for a bit so I haven't gotten to ceiling yet.  

Week 74 - 01/07

Weight this am - 124.2 

OOOF - Although I should expect it with how sore my muscles are.   Hate seeing progress go backwards but I've had several weeks recently where my low weights fell on weigh-in day - so I guess it's time for it to be a high weight day.   Definitely NOT my favorite way to end the week but it was definitely expected. 

I am super sore right now.   The good thing is that the soreness is in all the places that I want to tone so the exercises are targeting the right spots.   This should work itself out over the next couple of days.  

We'll see what the next week brings
