Prior Week Recap
01/01 - 122.4 - Up a bit as expected. Hoping to hit 120 this month. Need to figure out my exercise plans and then I'll check back in.
01/02 - 124.2 - OOOF That one hurts. Especially after yesterday. But it's lower than my highest last week.
01/03 - 123.6 - Better. I think I'm adjusting to Dry January. I've been sleeping like it's going out of style recently.
01/04 - 123.4 - Improvement. Ceiling should go up today. Hopefully it works. Haven't started exercise yet but I feel like I need to adjust to no alcohol first. Planning for tomorrow.
01/05 - 123.4 - same. Started 21 Day Fix - Day 1 - Ceiling is up. Hoping to start on it if I have the energy
01/06 - 123.6 - 21 Day Fix Day 2 - the soreness has started. One of our bonus kids will be moving in with us for a bit so I haven't gotten to ceiling yet.
Week 74 - 01/07
Weight this am - 124.2
OOOF - Although I should expect it with how sore my muscles are. Hate seeing progress go backwards but I've had several weeks recently where my low weights fell on weigh-in day - so I guess it's time for it to be a high weight day. Definitely NOT my favorite way to end the week but it was definitely expected.
I am super sore right now. The good thing is that the soreness is in all the places that I want to tone so the exercises are targeting the right spots. This should work itself out over the next couple of days.
We'll see what the next week brings
