Prior Week Recap
10/09 - 128.0 - Honestly after the big drop yesterday I expected this.
10/10 - 127.8 - Good. I'd love to see this week work it's way back down to Wed weight. My goal this week is to just not have a gain from last week's weigh-in
10/11 - 128.4 - eh...not quite the right direction but I'm ok with this.
10/12 - 127.8 - back the right way.
10/13 - 129.0 - nope....no likey
10/14 - 129.0 - grrrrr

Weight this am - 128.2
Happy Anniversary to US. 28 years married and 31 together.
I expected a gain this week after last week. I'm still in the 120's so that's fantastic. This is also more realistic than last week's 2 pound drop. What I would love this *month* is to hit 127 officially and hit a new low of 126.0 That would feel great.
