Audition Day (Part 2) and Another New Number

 Weight this am - 143.8

I hit a three.   And got to check off another box on my chart.    This is a good day.    

Auditions for The Alley today as well....which means I'm going to be vibrating all day.   Nerves are an interesting thing.   

I've now got three more boxes in the 140's chart to check off (143, 140.8 and 140.4) before I can shift my focus to the next weight decade.    I'm also now getting very close to a normal BMI (25.9 at last look)   Slow and steady for the long term.
