Weight this am - 130.2
I know I need to start exercising and take a break from alcohol but I keep falling into the same pattern lately. It's just overwhelm. With the world both macro and micro-cosm ish. I'm just tired and I'd like things to stop spiraling down the drain.
I need to get back to bite-sized chunks. Today I have to finish costumes. Tomorrow I have rehearsal. Then we move on to finishing upstairs.
I'm going to work on organizing my data so I have a full year's worth in one post. Wish me luck.
