Happy New Year indeed!  Closing out the year and the month on a fantastic note.    Tomorrow begins Dry January and a commitment to restarting my exercise routines.   Plus I need to look into work.  

We also need to finish loading my lines and get started on the ceiling re-install.   

2026 - Time to Get Stronger and Move Forward.

Week 72 + Prior Week Recap

12/18 - 123.0 - Well that's nice.   I DID walk over 10k steps yesterday while in town so obviously that didn't hurt anything.   

12/19 - 122.8 - VERY nice.  I love it

12/20 - 122.4 - Even Better.   I love being closer to my next goal

12/21 - 123.0 - Still fine.  Arietta left for Ohio today and Rowan is at their house.  It's kinda empty at home

12/22 - 122.4 - I do like this current yo-yo

12/23 - 123.6 - Highest weight this week and I'm good with that.

Week 72 - 12/24 - Merry Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas Eve indeed.   This is lovely.  If I can stay here or even drop next week then I'll be closing out the year AND the month in the best way possible.    Crossing fingers that I get that gift.

12/11 - 124.8 - sigh at least it's under 125 so I'm still in the final 5.   I liked it better under 124 because that't the *65lbs down* mark

12/12 - 123.2 - much better.   It can stay right here this week.

12/13 - 123.2 - yes.   I'll take it.   I'm good with slow loss I just don't want to go backwards. 

12/14 - 124.6 - oh stop it. 

12/15 - 123.8 - better

12/16 - 124.0 - It's just teasing me now

Weight this am - 123.6

Oh thank goodness.   I needed that.   Now to have this trend continue for the rest of the month.   That's really what I need. We'll see.    This matches my lowest recorded official weight from last month.  If it can stay here at month end that will be fantastic.

12/01 - 123.6 - Better.   If can stay here or drop for weight in that would be perfect.
