Prior Week Recap
01/29 - 122.6 - Still decent.
01/30 - 123.0 - I expected this. I ate salty, late and carby...and when I wasn't necessarily hungry. Show opens tonight so we'll see how things go from here.
01/31 - 121.4 - New Low! Yes! Show opened yesterday. Went well.
02/01 - 121.6 - Not bad at all. Let's keep things going. Completed Dry January yesterday
02/02 - 121.2 - New Low Again. Was going to take the day off. Now I'm not so sure.
02/03 - 121.6 - Staying right here for tomorrow would be absolutely fine. I'm absurdly tired this week

Weight this am - 120.4
Holy Crap. I know it's a tease but hot damn - that's almost my original goal weight. I'm cautiously optimistic now that February will be the month I hit my original goal. I'm almost excited to see what next week brings. I'd love to see a real end to the stall and a final push to gt back under 120...which is where I was until I was over 40.
